i graduate today, holyfuckingshit.

haven't been on here in eons,
i've been so busy.

but i am so effing excited because i will finally be F R E E.

& this summer calls for plenty of adventures and
more self-discovery, new friendships and tons of spontaneity.

Oh, these are what concerts do to me.

I am so chapped right now.

I just spent the last 30 mins actually WRITING a journal entry
and then I accidentally closed my window. Kendahl is an idiot.


Anyways summarize Between The Trees/Anberlin gig:

- Nat and I being the only ones knowing who BTT were/singing the lyrics to all their songs
- Ryan Kirkland staring at us throughout the entire set
- Seeing BTT after their performance/me freaking out taking 15 mins to go over and talk to them
- Meeting Ryan Kirkland & telling him that Between The Trees were the reason I found out about TWLOHA,
him awing & gave me a hug =D
- Talking to Ryan Kirkland about TWLOHA, Renee & their music
- Anberlin playing a fantastic gig but wasn't thoroughly impressed with them as much as BTT (mainly because
I think something was wrong with their mic so you couldn't hear Stephen Christian that clearly)
- Moshpit
- hearing "The Unwinding Cable Car" live, freaking brilliant

I will probably re-write this in greater detail but I am too miffed at myself to begin. rawr.

Anyways, it's been 3 weeks since the gig and I still can't stop listening to BTT and I am still in awe/reminiscing. Seriously, meeting Ryan Kirkland is like someone meeting Brad Pitt. Yeah, I know I'm a tad insane.

p.s if you haven't heard of Between The Trees I suggest you check them out & if they ever come to your city,
SEE THEM LIVE, THEY WILL NOT FAIL TO AMAZE. TRUST ME.
